Join us at Uncle John’s Cider Mill for a one of a kind outdoor workout featuring 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing + 30 minutes of restorative yoga.

Brawl, which has been featured in Vogue and SELF magazines as one of the best workouts in the country, is The Barre Code’s long-form cardio kickboxing class. You’ll combine punching and kicking combinations into a full choreographed sequence set to the beat of the music. Brawl helps improve your coordination and cardiovascular endurance while keeping your mind active & engaged in a state of active meditation.

Following 30 minutes of Brawl, Stacey Smith will lead a 30-minute yoga flow to help you connect your breath to your movement and create flexibility and strength in both the body and the mind. We will flow together as a community and then melt into some longer yin postures before we surrender in savasana.

Please bring sneakers, a yoga mat and water. Following class, stick around and enjoy all the amenities Uncle John’s has to offer! Registration is $20 for a single event, or $50 for all 3! Post-class cider and donuts are included with your ticket.Brawl & Breathe
