Uncle John’s welcomes groups of all ages! We treat our farm as an open public space. However, there are times that you may need special accommodations. These special accommodations are available for the following:

| Motor Coach Groups & Lunches |
|
Motor coach groups love to stop & shop, taste wine
and even have lunch. Along with our retail stores, groups
also enjoy cider & donuts, seasonal wagon rides,
and some groups have even participated in the fruit
fling. Be sure to call us for availability of our activities,
so we can book your group!
Want to bring your group for lunch? Groups over 10 people may utilize our picnic table seating in our Snack barn. Groups under 10 will fit within our Pie Barn seating area. If it is a nice day, we have ample seating outside as well.
Lunches are served daily from 11-3, and reservations are recommended for groups over 10. Lunch choices include soup, chicken salad wraps, bbq pork sandwiches, pizza and other seasonal choices.
The Snack Barn is available on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays in the fall. (Tuesday and Thursdays are not recommended as we use that space for school groups).
*We do not take lunch reservations on Saturdays & Sundays, but jump in line with the rest of the folks & enjoy a great day at the farm.

We offer a School Tour Program designed for pre-school through First Grade Students – please Becky call for more details on our school tour. School tours are available on Tuesday and Thursdays only from September 20 through October 28, 2010.

| RENT GRANNY'S PORCH ... or ... GRANDPA'S PARTY PEN |
Looking for a fun and friendly atmosphere for a birthday party, family party or business event? Uncle John's is a great place to meet and plan an outing for the day. We have a ton of fun activities, and now offer Two spots to rent: GRANNY'S PORCH or GRANDPA'S PARTY PEN! AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER ONLY.
GRANNY'S PORCH:
Is a 40x40 fenced in outdoor area with 6 picnic tables and a service center (the porch) that is approx 10x10 in size. The service center gives you a place to put your food, birthday cake, etc, and is approximately 10x10. Thisutets, cider & donuts or whatever your group wishes. There is not seating inside, however, it will grab the attention of your group and serve as a "home base" for for the day. It is located next to our activity field, and there is nearby parking.
GRANDPA'S PARTY PEN:
Is a 40x40 fenced in outdoor area with 6 picnic tables. It's just like the name - a pen! It serves as a great place to gather your group, and sit together. This is the only rentable table space we offer (aside from Granny's Porch) on our farm. Although there is not a service hut, there is still plenty of space for you to mingle and arrange your items. It still serves as a great meeting spot where the host can distribute information, tickets, cider & donuts or whatever your group brings for their activity. It is also located next to our activity field, and there is nearby parking.
Activity tokens and a special $5 VIP wristbands* are available to purchase ahead of time, so you will not have to purchase those the day of your party. Let us know what you want to do and we will put together an activity pack that will work for your budget. All activities, prices and available times are listed on this website under the "activities" tab.
Host Responsibilities: |
The party host will be required to make all of their arrangements for food & beverage. The host is required to provide their own table service, and cleanup upon departure. Hosts are free to bring in their own food or caterer, as well as cakes, etc.

Cost: |
Both areas rent for $50/for the day (11am -6pm) and reservations are required. Payment is due when you make your reservation. We accept Visa/ Mastercard/AMEX & Discover.

Extras: |
Uncle John's will be happy to provide pizza, cider & donuts and caramel apples, arrangements must be made one week ahead of time.

*SPECIAL - The $5/wristband includes: Unlimited admission for the day to the inflatable area, corn & straw maze, train rides and one trip to the fruit fling. These are only available to groups with a GRANNY'S PORCH or GRANDPA'S Pen reservation.
TOKENS: Bulk tokens are available to purchase at a reduced rate of $1/each for purchases of over 25 tokens. Uncle John's bucks are also available to purchase at $1 each and are usable in all retail buildings. With prior notice, we will have all of these waiting for you. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Refunds will be given for cancellations of 14 days or more. If it is raining the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule. If it does not work to reschedule, we will refund you your rental fee in the form of an Uncle John's GIft Certificate. |
