Strawberry Lavender

Although sweeter than most of our ciders, the Strawberry Lavender does not stray from the Uncle John’s style – perfectly balanced and always showcasing the fruit. We use our traditional apple blend and sweeten it with strawberry juice. To switch things up a bit, we add lavender to give it a slight herbal touch.

Sidra de Tepache

In this blend, we combine our traditional Apple Hard Cider with pineapple juice, piloncillo sugar, and season with cinnamon sticks and whole clove. Traditionally “tepache” is a fermented pineapple drink dating back to the 1600’s. It is common to natives of Mexico, Latin America and the Mexican communities of the U.S.

We have blended our Apple Wine with Michigan Wildflower Honey. This wine has subtle hints of melon, honey and spice.

Pyment
This wine is a semi-dry blend of Traminette grapes and local wildflower honey. Fruity, fresh and slightly spicy. Very similar in style to a Riesling or Gewurztraminer.

When you blend together Chardonnay, Vignoles, Pinot Gris and Riesling, you get a fresh vibrant showcase of these favorite Michigan Grapes. This wine is light, fruity, and full of flavor with a slight hint of oak.

Apple Brandy
This brandy is not a sweet apple “Flavored” brandy, it is a 90 proof brandy distilled from our own apple cider. It has a subtle fruit bouquet with flavors of spice and leather, followed by a toasty oak finish. A nice earthy note finishes the palate from aging in French and American Oak Barrels.

This is not apple “Flavored” vodka, rather vodka distilled from apples! It is ultra smooth and clean with gentle fruit and spice notes. This vodka is great on the rocks with a twist of fresh fruit, or mixed with cranberry juice or tonic.
