2020 RENTAL PROGRAM

As you know, fall is our peak season. It’s that beautiful time of the year where families from all over gather to enjoy cider & donuts, pick a pumpkin and walk through our corn maze. During this season, table space becomes a premium, and we are unable to take reservations for general seating. To comply with COVID-19 restrictions, we have modified our program for the 2020 season.  PHOTOS COMING UPON COMPLETION OF THE SPACE


SATURDAY & SUNDAYS:
This space is available for groups of up to 40 people.
Available in two time slots: 11-2 and 3-6
Your group can reserve a corral, which is an uncovered, open air 40’ x 40’ fenced in (split rail fence) area. We furnish four (4) 8″ picnic tables, two four top patio tables and one large center table to use as a service area for your group. If you need additional seating, you are welcome to bring tables and chairs. We have found over the years that most people are “on the go” so extensive seating is not important. This area is located adjacent to our “cider yard” which is a NEW outdoor seating area that has its own cider bar, yard games, food and music. This area is located at the south east end of our farm, which is walking distance to our pumpkin patch, corn maze and 5K trail. There is plenty of parking close by.

THURSDAY or FRIDAY only, rent our CIDER YARD
This space can be used for groups of up to 100 people.
Available 12 pm – 7 pm
Your group can reserve our “CIDER YARD”, which is an uncovered, open air fenced in (split rail fence) area. This area has great space, seating, limited power, yard games, bonfire pit and a great atmosphere to enjoy outside. This will allow you to create your special event. Hosts are welcome to hire their own music or food service. This area is located at the south east end of our farm, which is walking distance to our pumpkin patch, corn maze and 5K trail. There is plenty of parking close by.

Cost: $200 for your time slot.  In addition to your space, this includes two gallons of cider and two dozen donuts for your group. Reservations are required. Payment is required at booking to reserve your space.  Any additional food, beverages, etc. are the responsibility of the host.
Host Responsibilities: Party host is required to make all arrangements for food & beverages, provide their own table service as well as cleanup upon departure. Hosts are free to bring in their own food or caterer, as well as birthday cakes, etc.  If you would like additional cider & donuts than those that are provided, please let us know the day before so we may have them ready for you.  We have food trucks on site, and they are very willing to work with us to feed your group. If you would like additional information about this, let us know.

Alcohol?  You are permitted to serve Uncle John’s Hard Cider or Wines in your space, as long as guests are 21 and prior arrangements have been made.  Outside alcohol is not allowed per our liquor license.

Just remember, we provide the space and the initial delivery of cider & donuts, the event is yours to make special.  We are so glad you are considering Uncle John’s for your event.
Activities:

This space is walking distance to our Pumpkin Patch, Corn Maze and 5K trail.  We also offer gemstone mining, which is located at the front of our farm, between our bakery and winery.  If you would like to pre-purchase tickets for these events, let us know prior to your arrival.  Due to COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, some activities from past seasons are unavailable.   Be sure to check our “TO DO” tab to see which activities are currently offered.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations of 14 days or more. If it is raining the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule. If it does not work to reschedule, we will refund your rental fee in the form of an Uncle John’s Gift Card.
