Although sweeter than most of our ciders, the Strawberry Lavender does not stray from the Uncle John’s style – perfectly balanced and always showcasing the fruit. We use our traditional apple blend and sweeten it with strawberry juice. To switch things up a bit, we add lavender to give it a slight herbal touch.
In this blend, we combine our traditional Apple Hard Cider with pineapple juice, piloncillo sugar, and season with cinnamon sticks and whole clove. Traditionally “tepache” is a fermented pineapple drink dating back to the 1600’s. It is common to natives of Mexico, Latin America and the Mexican communities of the U.S.
A light, refreshing cider made by blending our Apple with peach juice. It is our sweetest cider to date, but is still light and refreshing. We blend our traditional apple with fresh peach juice to give it its sweet profile. This makes a great mimosa or cider cocktail.
Back for a very short time, Raspberry Rose' is a blend of our apple hard cider and fresh raspberry juice. This blush is sweet tart and refreshing.
A combination of English, French & American cider specific apples blended together, hence the name, Melded. The blend is large with many of the apples being available in a bushel or less. These apples provide the rich tannin found in this cider. Many of the American varieties add to the acidity, balancing the profile.
A blend of apples from orchards that have been in the ground for at least 50 years, along with other Heirloom varieties. Citrus and green apple aromas, with a crisp clean finish.

Winesap apples are known for their deep red color, firm, crisp texture, and a distinctive spicy, wine-like flavor. They are a medium-sized apple, often with a round or oblong shape, and have a balanced sweet-tart taste with subtle savory notes. These heirloom apples are excellent for eating fresh, baking, and making cider.
Star Thistle honey from Michigan is fermented to make this historic drink. This mead is semi dry/sweet, drinks easily and represents what mead should be!

This brandy is not a sweet apple “Flavored” brandy, it is a 90 proof brandy distilled from our own apple cider. It has a subtle fruit bouquet with flavors of spice and leather, followed by a toasty oak finish. A nice earthy note finishes the palate from aging in French and American Oak Barrels.

This is not apple “Flavored” vodka, rather vodka distilled from apples! It is ultra smooth and clean with gentle fruit and spice notes. This vodka is great on the rocks with a twist of fresh fruit, or mixed with cranberry juice or tonic.
